Archi One will feature 98 upscale rental apartments. There will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units with an average of 800 SF of rental space.

Archi One will feature four spacious, two-story townhouse-style units. These units will come fully furnished and all utilities will be included in the lease.

Archi One will feature 7,500 SF of retail space directly on N Federal Highway, the busiest Federal Highway in Pompano Beach. The commercial space will include white box finishes for potential retail and/or restaurant use.

About Our Company
ELIT Group in partnership with Archi Group have an exciting new development project, Archi One, which will be a mixed-use, 7-story residential apartment building featuring 99 rental units, four two-story townhomes and a ground floor retail space. The building will have one, two and three bedroom apartments. The design for Archi One is modern industrial, and the pairing of rustic features – including exposed concrete ceilings and steel beams – with more polished elements will set the development apart. Archi One will also feature amenities including a fitness center, pool, yoga room, co-working space, dog spa, storage spaces and an outdoor barbecue area.
